The race was amazing.... the stitching... there was none. I did, however, organize all my charts. I now have them (and all my different threads) written in a small journal that I can take with when I do retail therapy. While organizing, I found my Q-snaps and stretcher bars, so that was another good thing.

Since it was a 12 hour race, took Mom and we ran a few errands. Wound up buying a new charcoal grill and a bunch of clothes from Dress Barn (they were having a sale).

Off to build the new grill (T-bone steaks tonight) and run over to the Office Supply store for a few things.

Saturday, March 20th

Probably going to stitch today as the 12 hours of Sebring race is on SPEED in 35 minutes. I normally get alot done while watching (listening) to racing. First few hours of the race are going to be looking for a few friends and a couple of race photographer buddies.

A day early ... TUSAL

EEK! A month has gone by and I have NO stitching to show! I have not picked up my needle for 1 month! (Maybe that is why I am cranky). Between the slide show for the racing group, volunteering at the Cleveland Auto Show and helping my niece, the accountant, at tax time, I have not had a chance to sit and stitch.

Yesterday, I did stop at a LNS and picked up some 25 count Dublin Linen, 28 count Natural Linen, LHH's "Ladybug, Ladybug" chart and Lizzie Kate snippets of "My Favorite Time" and "Happy New Year". Got inspired after that and placed an order at 1-2-3 Stitch and Anita's Little Stitches (http://www.anitalittlestitches.com/index.html). I hope that this further inspires me to pick up my needle and get moving on Easter stitching.
